Nicole curtis, "rehab-addict. make her finish her projects

Nicole curtis has many unfinished projects, she buys houses and starts to work on them, and leaves them sitting there as an eye sore. My main complaint is a project on Bellevue Island in Lake Orion, Michigan. she took a cute house, gave it an eye sore, and it has been sitting there unfinished now for 2 years. It looks like hell, and nothing is being done. Bellevue island residents take pride of their neighborhood, and she walks in buys a cute house and turns it into an unfinished dump. Minnesota had filed a complaint against her from 2012, she did the same to a neighborhood out there too. she has to stop buying these houses if she can not finish them . it is not right, if you are going to take on a project then finish it.
